Adrian Paige Webb is an 14* year-old fiddler from Louisa, KY and has been playing since she was 6.  Her primary instrument is the fiddle, but also plays the mandolin.  Adrian’s hobbies are playing music, tennis, swimming, and loves being on her farm.  She began playing the fiddle as a result of her nana taking her to classical violin lessons.  Later, she learned to love to play bluegrass. Her entire family has great talent for music.  Her father plays guitar.  Her grandfather played guitar for a bluegrass group entitled The Brumley Ridge Boys, who were able to perform on the Lester Flatt and Earl Scruggs show in the late sixties.

She sings and plays the fiddle in the band, First Time Around (FTA).

First Time Around plays at many venues, including churches, community events, and bluegrass festivals.  Recently, she and FTA were featured on the international television and radio broadcast of the Woodsongs Old-Time Radio Hour.  All Things Country Magazine featured First Time Around as the new and upcoming bluegrass group at Poppy Mountain Bluegrass Festival in Morehead KY in October 2015.

Her primary fiddle influence and current instructor is Doug Bartlett of Hammertowne, who formerly played with Doyle Lawson. Some of her favorite bluegrass groups are Third Tyme Out, Breaking Grass, Hammertowne and also Newfound Road.  Adrian is thrilled to be a part of Tomorrow’s Bluegrass Stars.
